This coffee coop. is located in the Uraga district, Guji area. In the SANP Specialty Coffee cooperative works  more than 230 small farmer. During the past years the cooperative become more and more important in the region, thanks to the coninuous improvment of quality, production and technology. The primary goal of the cooperative it's always been exel in coffee quality and sustanability.

FROM THE CHERRY TO THE BEAN

Cherries are hand-picked and manually selected before sending to the cooperative. This lot follows the classic natural process. Cherries are layed on African Beds and let them dry for at least 17 days. The coffee rest for two months before sending to customers.

Heirloom coffee is a compound phrase for several naturally occurring types of coffee found in Ethiopia. This term is commonly used to refer to local types, many of which are still present in the wild today. In this case the exact variety of this coffee is J.A.R.K 74/158, selected to for enhanced pest resistance and higher yields
