Finca El Cerro is located in the eastern highlands of El Salvador, in the world renowned coffee growing region of Apaneca, Ilamatepec, at around 1500 meters, surrounded by indigenous forest, which provides an ideal microclimate for growing high quality coffee. The Farm is the heritage of five generations of Salvadorean coffee producers, coffee growing has been in their family for over 150 years. In 2016 they decided to take a step forward and started processing their own coffee with a small eco-friendly coffee mill.

Their own goal is producing the highest quality coffee, in order to achieve that they planted different varieties (including pacamara).

This coffee expresses its brightness thanks to red fruits flavour, balanced with cherry sweetness and scent of jasmine, all enclosed in a creamy natural body.
